1. Participation
• The contest is open to all individuals interested.
• Participants must submit a video explaining the barq card and its features.
• Participants must have an active barq wallet account.
2. Contest Duration and Details
• The contest starts on May 1, 2025, and ends on May 31, 2025
• Videos must be uploaded during this period in participants personal account
• Contest winners will be announced on our social media platforms (X, Instagram, TikTok @usebarq)
• The first 10 winners will be announced on the 15th of May, 2025.
• The second 10 winners will be announced on the 31st of May, 2025.
• Participating videos shall be uploaded on participants personal accounts, their accounts should be public and mention @usebarq in the caption of the uploaded video.
• Participant personal account should be public in these platforms
3. Winning Criteria
• Winners will be selected based on the number of views their videos receive.
• All videos must be original and not used in other contests.
• Mention barq account in the video caption (usebarq)
4. Prizes
• A total of 20 winners will be chosen divided into 2 groups as stated in these terms and conditions , with each winner receiving 5000 SAR.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
• Winner rewards will be credit to their barq account after obtaining the required information
5. Rights
• barq reserves the right to use all submitted videos for promotional and advertising purposes.
• Participants agree that their videos may be used across all media platforms.
• Barraq finance Company is committed to protecting the privacy of participants, and personal data will only be used within the scope of executing the competition and communicating with the winners and announcing them in accordance with the personal data protection system.
6. Liability
• barq is not responsible for the loss or delay of any submissions.
• barq reserves the right to modify the terms or cancel the contest without prior notice.

• By participating in the contest, participants agree to all the terms and conditions stated above.
• The participant declares that the submitted content does not violate the intellectual property rights or privacy of any third party, and that it has not been previously used in any other competition or advertising campaign.
