1. General Overview
Participation in the “Barq, Barrrrrrrrrq” game (hereinafter referred to as “the Game”), which is part of the Barq App (hereinafter referred to as “the Wallet”) and designed for Minor’s Account, is subject to the following terms and conditions. These are in addition to the general Wallet Terms the Terms and Conditions for the Minor’s Account.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Access to and use of the Game is limited to Minor’s Accounts, through the Minor’s Account only, and under the supervision and approval of the guardian.
The minor must be between the ages of 6 and 18 years, and the guardian is responsible for allowing participation in the Game. The Barq App must be updated to the latest version and linked to an active Minor’s Account.
3. Gameplay Mechanism
3.1 The guardian determines whether the minor can participate in the Game, which involves controlling a moving character in the game environment through voice inputs such as speaking or singing.
3.2 The Game is for entertainment purposes, and any rewards are added to the Minor’s Account under the supervision of the guardian.
3.3 The player must guide the character to jump from one building to another and avoid visible obstacles during gameplay using their voice, in order to earn monetary rewards.
3.4 Playing the Game requires enabling microphone access on the device to ensure the Game responds to voice inputs, under the guardian’s supervision.
4. Gameplay Attempts
4.1 The user (child) is granted only one attempt to play the Game.
5. Rewards
5.1 The player (Minor’s Account holder) earns monetary rewards during gameplay. The value of these rewards is calculated based on the user’s performance, including survival time and achievement points.
5.2 Reward values increase gradually as the user survives longer and passes more obstacles or levels.
5.3 Rewards earned are automatically added to the balance of the Children’s Account Wallet once the game round or session ends.
5.4 Barq reserves the right to review or modify the reward calculation mechanism or values at any time without prior notice, in line with general usage policies.
5.5 Barq reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any rewards granted in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Guardian Resposibilities
6.1 The guardian is responsible for ensuring the technical requirements for playing are met, such as microphone availability and internet connection.
6.2 The guardian must ensure that the child does not engage in prohibited practices such as fraud or using unauthorized software.
7. Data Privacy
7.1 The guardian exclusively consents to the collection and processing of game usage data, including gameplay data, in accordance with the Barq App’s Privacy Policy.
7.2 No data is collected from the minor without the guardian’s prior consent.
8. Prohibited Conduct
8.1 The guardian must ensure the minor does not engage in any behavior that damages or disrupts the Game, including exploiting glitches or using unauthorized tools.
9. Liability
9.1 The Game is provided “as is” and Barq does not guarantee continuous operation or that it will be error-free.
9.2 Barq’s liability is limited to the amounts credited to the Minor’s Account as rewards, with the guardian’s approval and supervision.
10. Modifications
10.1 Barq reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Game at any time. The guardian will be notified of any material changes through official channels.
10.2 Continued use of the Game by the minor after modifications constitutes acceptance by the guardian.
11. Game Duration
11.1 Start Date: The Game begins on [28/8/2025].
11.2 End Date: The Game automatically ends when the allocated budget (the amount) is exhausted or on [31/10/2025], whichever comes first.
11.3 The remaining budget allocated for the Game will be displayed in the Barq App and accessible to the guardian at any time.
11.4 The Wallet reserves the right to end the Game before the specified date or before the budget is exhausted, by notifying the guardian through official channels.
