barq Rush is a cashback daily game available to all users of Mada cards from barq. The game is available starting from the launch of Mada cards. It provides instant cashback on Mada cards. The cashback percentage is variable and determined daily in the app. The cashback is limited to a total daily amount announced in the app.
Cashback Details and How to Obtain It
- Users must issue a Mada card to benefit from the cashback designated for the barq Rush game.
- Users do not need to take any action to receive the cashback.
- Cashback is available on all types of purchases made through the Mada Barq card, except for purchases from specified excluded categories.
- Users can benefit from cashback until the total amount allocated for each day is exhausted, which is announced daily in the app on the rewards section.
- The cashback rate, cashback limit, and total amount allocated for barq Rush are determined daily through the app.
- Customers can track the total amount and the remaining balance daily by logging into the barq app.
Duration of the Offer
The offer is valid until the end of 28 February 2025.
Requirements for Issuing Mada and Obtaining Cashback
- Update the barq app to its latest version.
- Log in to the barq app.
- Make sure that your digital wallet account is active.
- Go to the cards section and issue a new “Mada” Card.
Rewards
- The maximum cashback amount for each transaction changes daily depending on the total amount and percentage of the cashback.
- The percentage of the cashback is variable for each transaction that is eligible for cashback.
- Cashback is instantly credited to your wallet account.
Exemptions
The following transactions are not eligible for the “barq Rush” cashback game:
- Withdrawals from ATMs.
- Bill payments and telecommunications applications.
- Payments to e-wallets, digital banks, and financing companies.
- “Buy Now, Pay Later” payments.
- Taxi and car services.
General Terms
- The e-wallet account must be active for rewards to be added.
- Transactions not accepted by barq cards, including those mentioned above, do not qualify for the cashback game.
- These rewards will also appear in the e-wallet transaction statement and can be accessed through the barq app, unless stated otherwise in the terms and conditions of the applicable rewards program.
- barq reserves the right to review eligible transactions from time to time at its discretion.
- The merchant categories for transactions eligible for the “barq Rush” offer will be determined by the merchant bank according to the systems of global companies “Visa and MasterCard,” and barq is not responsible for the incorrect classification of merchants by the merchant bank.
- Transactions made with the Mada card outside Saudi Arabia are not eligible for “Barq Rush.” However, cashback rewards for Visa cards are applicable, as transactions made abroad are processed through the Visa network rather than Mada.
