Terms and Conditions for “Eidiyah” Game in barq app
1. General Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in and use of the game “Eidiyah” (Game) embedded within barq (Wallet). By participating in the Game, users agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Game is open to users who:
- Have successfully downloaded the Wallet’s mobile application.
- Completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
- Users have an active wallet account.
2.2. Users must comply with all applicable laws and barq’s terms of use to be eligible for rewards.
3. Game Participation
- Game Creator: The individual who creates a game is known as the “Creator”. The Creator sets the Eidiyyah amount (e.g., 500 riyals) and controls the game dynamics.
- Participants: The Creator can invite up to five (5) players to participate in the game.
- Code: Players can also participate using a code shared on our social media platforms if they didn’t receive a direct invitation from a Creator.
4. How the Game Works
- Players are equipped with a slingshot and are tasked with popping falling balloons. Each balloon may contain money, and the more balloons you pop, the more money you collect.
- Freeze Balloons: Some balloons will freeze players. Players who pop a freeze balloon can freeze themselves for five (5) seconds or freeze other players for the same duration.
- The money collected by each player is directly credited to their Barq wallet at the end of the game.
The Role of the Game Creator
- The Creator sets the total Eidiyyah amount (e.g., 500 riyals) to be distributed among the players.
- The Creator has control over the balloons’ distribution, including the monetary amount and freeze balloons.
- If there’s any money left after the game, it is returned to the Creator’s wallet.
- The Creator has the option to invite players to play again.
5. Credits and Rewards
- Money earned by players is credited directly to their Barq wallet.
- The amount credited depends on how many balloons the player pops during the game.
- The Creator will set the total amount of Eidiyyah to be distributed among the players. If a player collects no money, they will receive no credit.
6. Codes
- Players who have not received an invitation from the Creator can enter a game code available on barq’s social media platforms.
- The code allows users to join ongoing games with other participants.
7. User Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for ensuring that their devices function properly for gameplay. The Wallet is not liable for any technical issues that may affect gameplay.
- Users must ensure that all invited friends are legitimate individuals who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2.
- Users must not engage in fraudulent activities, such as creating fake accounts or using bots, to gain unfair advantages or rewards.
8. Data Privacy
- By participating in the Game, users agree to the collection and use of their data, including gameplay data and referral activity, for the purposes of operating and improving the Game.
- All data will be processed in accordance with the Wallet’s Privacy Policy.
9. Prohibited Conduct
- Users must not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the Game, including but not limited to:
- Exploiting bugs or glitches.
- Using unauthorized third-party software or tools.
10. Liability and Disclaimer
- The Game is provided “as is,” and the Wallet makes no guarantees regarding its uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.
- Barq is not responsible for any issues that may arise due to internet connectivity, app crashes, or other technical problems that could affect the gameplay experience. By participating in the game, players agree to use the game at their own risk.
- The Wallet’s liability is limited to the amounts credited as rewards during gameplay.
11. Changes to Terms
- Barq reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of any significant changes through the app or our official communication channels.
