Liability of Barq Financial Company and Refund Rights:
1. Role of Barq as an Intermediary
The Customer acknowledges that “Barq” is a digital wallet that merely displays products and services and shall not be held responsible for the quality or accuracy of such products or services provided by the actual seller. Any claims or inquiries regarding the products or services must be directed solely at the seller.
2. Right of Refund
The Buyer is entitled to a refund of the paid amount within seven (7) days from the date of product receipt only in the following cases:
- The product contains a manufacturing defect.
- The product received is different from the product ordered due to a technical error.
Provided that the returned product is in its original manufactured condition, which shall be evaluated by the Seller.
3. Responsibilities of the Actual Seller
Any additional responsibilities related to the product, including warranties, defects, or any other claims, shall rest solely with the actual Seller and not with Barq.
4. Disputes Between Buyer and Seller
Barq shall not be held responsible for any disputes arising between the Buyer and the Seller. The Seller shall be the sole party responsible for addressing and resolving any such.
5. Privacy Policy Consent
The Customer acknowledges that, by agreeing to complete the transaction, they have read and consented to Barq’s Privacy Policy published on the website, including any amendments or updates made thereto from time to time, and agree to comply with it.
