PAYMENTS TO DOMESTIC WORKERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Subject to Wallet Services’ availability, barq may enable you to make payments to your domestic workers who may receivesalaries through Musaned scheme. If you wish to avail such Wallet Services, the terms of the Agreement and the terms andconditions outlined in SPECIAL TERMS FOR PAYMENTS TO DOMESTIC WORKERS related to Musaned scheme will automatically apply.
SPECIAL TERMS FOR PAYMENTS TO DOMESTIC WORKERS
These special terms for payments to domestic workers through the Musaned scheme (the “Musaned Terms”) apply toConsumers who are sponsors to domestic workers (each, a “Sponsor”) and wish to transfer salaries to domestic workers under theirsponsor (the “Domestic Worker”) using the Musaned service (“Musaned”).
- For the purpose of these Musaned Terms, the Sponsor must be the registered sponsor of the Domestic Worker’s work permit.
- Upon using the Musaned feature, the Sponsor must identify the Domestic Worker receiving the funds and shall select the payment description (i.e. normal, deducted, advance salary, or any other description as barq may make available from timeto time via the App) (the “Musaned Order”). The Sponsor must ensure the correctness and completeness of the Domestic Worker’s details (including but not limited to the Domestic Workers’ mobile number linked to their residency) required for barq to execute the Musaned Order. Upon submitting a Musaned Order, the Sponsor authorizes barq to transfer the specified funds to the Domestic Worker.
- The Sponsor agrees and acknowledges that once a certain Musaned Order is submitted, it may not be amended, modified or The Sponsor acknowledges and agrees that the Sponsor is not entitled to claim a refund for any funds that mayhave been paid to a Domestic Worker pursuant to a validly executed Musaned Order.
- Each Sponsor and Domestic Worker must ensure that the Musaned service is used for legal and legitimate purposes and shall indemnify and hold barq harmless against any and all claims resulting from the origination and operation of the MusanedOrder pursuant to these Musaned
