This offer is provided in collaboration between barq App and Fanspass Website. By using this offer, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by all the terms and conditions stated herein.

Eligibility

To benefit from this offer, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The customer must have an active and verified barq wallet account at the time of payment.
• The customer must have an active and valid barq Visa card (digital or physical).

Offer Details

Offer Description

• 15% discount, exclusively for barq users, in collaboration with Fanspass.
• The maximum discount value is SAR 300 per order.
• No minimum transaction amount is required to benefit from the discount.

Redemption Mechanism

• The offer is valid on all events available on the official Fanspass website:
  https://fanspass.sa
• The discount is multi-use and may be used more than once during the offer validity period.
• The customer must enter the promo code (barq15) in the designated field before completing the payment.
• Payment must be completed exclusively using the barq Visa card (physical or digital) by manually entering the card details.
• The offer does not apply when using Apple Pay or any digital wallets.
• If the promo code is not entered correctly before payment, the customer is not entitled to claim the discount after the transaction is completed.
• In case of payment failure or change of payment method for any reason, the discount will be automatically cancelled.
• The discount does not apply to any other payment methods, including installment or “buy now, pay later” services, except for barq Visa.

Offer Validity

• The offer is valid from 27/01/2026 until 28/02/2026.

Limits and Restrictions

• The maximum discount is SAR 300 per order.
• The offer may be used multiple times during the validity period, provided there is no misuse or abuse.
• The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• There is no minimum order value
• Event availability is subject to Fanspass availability and booking policies.

Exclusions

• The offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts.
• The offer does not apply when paying via Apple Pay or any other digital wallets.
• Cancellations and refunds are subject to Fanspass’s applicable terms and policies.

Liability

• The general terms and conditions of barq App apply to all payments made using the barq Visa card.
• Fanspass bears full responsibility for the quality of services, event execution, bookings, cancellations, and refunds.
• barq shall not be liable for any disputes related to event availability, quality, scheduling changes, or cancellations.

Fraud and Misuse

Barq reserves the right to suspend or terminate the customer’s eligibility for the offer and revoke any granted discount in case of suspected or confirmed:

• Fraudulent activity or misuse,
• Attempts to circumvent the offer terms,
• Unauthorized or non-compliant usage,
• Submission of false or misleading information,
• Or violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
