Kayanee offers barq customers a 30% discount subject to the following Terms & Conditions. By benefiting from this offer, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full. 

 

Eligibility 

To benefit from this offer, the following conditions must be met: 

• The customer must have an active barq wallet account. 

• The customer must have an active and valid barq Visa card (digital or physical) at the time of redeeming the offer. 

 

Offer Details & Redemption Mechanism 

Offer Description 

This offer allows barq customers to receive a 30% discount on eligible purchases through: 

• Kayanee mobile application 

• Kayanee website 

• Selected branches listed below 

• Gym class categories at the Diplomatic Quarter (DQ) branch 

Note:
The discount applies only to products or services that are not subject to any other discounts or promotional offers at the time of purchase. 

 

Redemption Method 

In-Store (Branches) 

• The customer must inform the cashier of their wish to benefit from the “Kayanee × barq” offer before completing payment. 

• Payment must be made exclusively using a barq Visa card (physical or digital) via Apple Pay. 

• The discount will be applied immediately to the eligible invoice amount at checkout. 

Website & Mobile Application 

• The customer must enter the promo code BARQ in the designated field before completing payment. 

• Payment must be made exclusively using a barq Visa card (physical or digital) via Apple Pay. 

 

Offer Usage Conditions 

• If the promo code is not entered correctly before payment, the customer is not entitled to claim the discount after completing the transaction. 

• Each customer is entitled to one-time use only during the offer period, regardless of the purchase channel. 

• The offer cannot be redeemed using any other payment method or any card not issued by barq. 

 

Offer Validity 

• This offer is valid from 27/01/2026 until 07/02/2026. 

 

Restrictions & Limits 

• The offer is valid only at the following Kayanee branches: 

• Panorama Mall 

• Diplomatic Quarter (DQ), Complex 1364 

• The offer is not valid at any other Kayanee branches within the Kingdom. 

• Each customer may redeem the offer once only during the campaign period. 

• No minimum purchase value is required. 

• No maximum discount cap applies. 

• The offer cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. 

 

Exclusions 

• The offer does not apply to products already discounted on the website. 

• The offer cannot be combined with any other promotional discounts or offers. 

 

Liability 

• The barq app Terms & Conditions apply to all payments made using a barq card. 

• Kayanee bears full responsibility for the quality of products and services, order fulfillment, and return and exchange policies. 

• barq shall not be held liable for any disputes related to products or services, their availability, or quality. 

 

Fraud & Misuse 

barq reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to the offer for any user if there is suspicion of: 

• Fraudulent activity or misuse 

• Attempts to bypass the offer’s terms 

• Unauthorized or unlawful usage 

• Providing incorrect or misleading information 

• Violation of any of these Terms & Conditions 

Both parties reserve the right to take necessary legal action in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
