Campaign Overview
Barq, in partnership with Visa and Newcastle United Football Club, is launching an exclusive campaign for Barq Visa cardholders. During the campaign period, selected Barq customers will have the opportunity to win tickets to attend a Newcastle United football match in the United Kingdom. The prize includes match tickets, round-trip travel, and accommodation for the winner.

Eligibility
• The campaign is open to all active barq Visa cardholders.
• The Barq wallet account and Barq Visa card must remain active and valid throughout the campaign period and until the prize is delivered.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old according to the Hijri calendar.
• Employees of Barq, its affiliates, or any of the entities involved in executing the campaign are not eligible to participate.

Campaign Duration
• The campaign runs from 09/11/2025 to 20/12/2025.
• A total of 5 winners will be selected weekly throughout the campaign period.

Winner Selection
• Winners will be selected weekly based on the highest spending using the Barq Visa card.
• The top 5 customers with the highest spending during the week will be selected as winners.
• Winners will be contacted via phone calls or through any of the official and approved communication channels of Barq.
• Barq will attempt to contact each winner up to three (3) times over two (2) different business days.
If Barq is unable to reach the winner or the winner does not respond within this period, Barq reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the next eligible customers.

Winner Announcement
• The names of the winners will be announced weekly through Barq’s official channels (the app, website, or social media).
• Winners will be contacted via the phone number registered with Barq, based on the information available to the company.
• Barq reserves the right to publish the winner’s name (first and second name or full name as per consent) and use it in promotional and marketing materials related to the campaign.
• If the selected winner cannot be reached within the specified contact period (three attempts over two business days), Barq reserves the right to choose an alternate winner from the list of eligible customers.
• The prize will be delivered after confirming that the winner meets all campaign requirements and that the Barq wallet account and Visa card are active and valid at the time of delivery.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefits.

Prizes
• Each winner will receive:
One (1) ticket to attend a Newcastle United football match.
Round-trip travel tickets and accommodation, provided by Barq and its partners.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
• Travel and match attendance dates are determined by Barq based on availability and the club’s match schedule.

Exclusions
The following transactions are not eligible for the campaign:
• Cash withdrawals from ATMs.
• Bill payments and telecommunications-related transactions.
• Transfers to or from digital wallets, digital banks, or financing companies.
• Transactions canceled or refunded after the campaign period ends.
• Any fraudulent or suspicious transactions, at Barq’s discretion.
• Transactions that have been refunded or reversed are ineligible, and the original transaction linked to them will also be excluded.

General Terms
• The winner’s wallet account must be active and valid.
• Only successful and approved transactions made using Barq Visa cards are eligible, excluding “refunded or reversed transactions.”
• Barq reserves the right to review and verify eligible transactions at its discretion.
• Barq reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• Eligible merchant categories are determined by Visa and Mastercard according to global standards, and Barq is not responsible for any incorrect merchant classification.
• Barq’s decision on all matters related to this campaign is final and binding.
• Barq reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner in case of manipulation, fraud, misuse, or attempts to gain an unfair advantage during the campaign.

Disclaimer
• The winner is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents (such as passport and visa).
• Barq shall not be liable for any disruptions, cancellations, or events beyond its control that may affect travel or participation.
• Participation in this campaign constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• By accepting the prize, the winner grants Barq the right to use their name and image in promotional and advertising materials related to this campaign, in any media, without additional compensation or prior notice.
