  Terms & Conditions

Campaign Period
The Campaign period will be a total of  (49) calendar days.

Week 1: Starting from 24 May 2026 Sunday 12:00 PM to 31May 2026 Sunday 11:00PM

Week 2: Starting from 2 jun 2026 Tuesday 6:00 PM to 9 June 2026 Tuesday 11:00PM
Week 3: Starting from 10 jun 2026 Wednesday  6:00 PM to 17 June 2026 Wednesday 11:00PM

Week 4: starting from 18 Jun 2026 Saturday 6:00 PM to 25 Jun 2026 Saturday 11:00PM

Week 5:starting from 26 Jun 2026 Friday 5:00 PM to 4 JUL 2026 Saturday 11:00PM

Eligibility
- The Campaign is open to all eligible barq customers holding active barq VISA card during the Campaign Period
- Customers must have valid and active barq wallet account

Qualifying Transactions
Only successful and completed retail purchase transactions conducted using barq VISA cards through the following channels shall qualify for the Campaign:

  1. Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions
  2. E-commerce (online) transactions
  3. Both local and international POS and e-commerce transactions shall be considered.
  4. Transactions must be successfully posted and settled within the Campaign Period to qualify

 

Excluded Transactions
The following transactions shall not qualify for the Campaign:

  1. ATM cash withdrawals
  2. Refunds, reversals, or disputed transactions
  3. Any transaction deemed fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive by barq
  4. Transfers or payments to digital wallets, digital banks, or finance companies
  5. Transactions related to taxi services, car services, public transportation, consulting services, and accounting firms
  6. Payment of electricity, water, and telecommunications bills using the Barq Visa card

 

Campaign Mechanism
- Customers will be ranked based on the total qualifying spend amount accumulated during the campaign period (on weekly basis).

- A leaderboard will be generated based on the cumulative qualifying spend value of each customer.

- The winners will be declared on weekly basis i.e. 13,000 winners each week, except for the fourth week, where there will be 20,000 winners

- Customers with the highest qualifying spend during each week shall be eligible to receive cash prizes (“Winners”).

 

- In the event of a tie in spend amounts, barq reserves the right to apply additional selection criteria, including but not limited to:

  1. Earliest achievement of qualifying spends
  2. Customer account and activity review

 

Participation Mechanism

To benefit from this offer and ensure transactions are qualified, customers must complete the following steps through the Barq App.

  1. Ensure your barq app is up to date (visit App Store, Play store)
  2. Go to Rewards section
  3. Click on Compete to Win
  4. Click on Join Competition
  5. View your qualified transactions on Leaderboard
  6. View your Ranking based on your eligible spend

Prizes
- Eligible Winners will receive cash prizes in accordance with the prize structure determined by barq (mentioned in the below tables)

- Cash prizes will be credited directly to eligible customers’ barq wallets/accounts within [10] business days after completion of the campaign end date.

- barq reserves the right to substitute, modify, delay, or cancel any reward at its sole discretion where operational, regulatory, or fraud concerns arise.

Fraud & Abuse Monitoring
barq reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of:

  1. Fraudulent activity
  2. Artificial transaction inflation
  3. Transaction cycling
  4. Refund abuse
  5. Misuse of the Campaign mechanics
  6. Any activity violating barq policies or applicable regulations
  7. barq’s decision regarding eligibility, qualifying transactions, and Winner determination shall be final and binding.

 

Communication & Announcement

  • Winners may be notified through SMS, push notification, email, or any official barq communication channel.
  • Participation in the Campaign constitutes consent for barq to communicate with customers regarding Campaign updates and rewards.

General Terms
By participating in the Campaign, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  1. An individual customer can be declared “winner” twice during the entire campaign period (one time each week)
  2. barq reserves the right to amend, suspend, terminate, or modify the Campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Any disputes arising in connection with this Campaign shall be subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  4. These Terms & Conditions shall be available through official barq communication channels and platforms.
  5. Barq shall not bear any responsibility for transaction declined due to the customers exceeding or exhausting their assigned monthly or daily spend limits.
