These Terms and Conditions apply to the offer provided by Barq in cooperation with Bait Al Shawarma, and your use of the offer constitutes your explicit acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

First: Eligibility

To benefit from the offer, the following conditions must be met:

• The discount code (barq) must be entered before completing the payment through the Bait Al Shawarma Restaurant App.
• The discount applies only through the Shawarma House Restaurant App.

Second: Offer Details and Redemption Mechanism

Offer Description

• 12% discount at  Shawarma House Restaurant.

How to Redeem the Offer

• The offer can be redeemed exclusively through the Shawarma House Restaurant App.
• The discount code (barq) must be entered when completing the order within the app (delivery or pickup).
• The offer cannot be redeemed through direct payment at branches or through any other channels.

Offer Duration

• The offer is valid from 25/12/2025 until 25/03/2026.

Fourth: Restrictions and Limits

• There is no minimum order value required to benefit from the discount.
• There is no maximum discount limit.
• The offer may be redeemed multiple times during the validity period.

Fifth: Exclusions

• The offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts.
• The offer does not apply to orders placed through third-party delivery applications.

Liability

• The Terms and Conditions of the Barq App apply.
• barq bears no responsibility for the quality of products or services provided by Shawarma House Restaurant.

Fraud and Misuse

Barq reserves the right to suspend or discontinue a user’s participation in the offer in the event of:

• Suspected fraud or misuse,
• Improper or unauthorized use, or
• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
