Campaign Overview

barq, in partnership with Visa, is launching an exclusive campaign for barq Visa cardholders. During the campaign period, 15 winners will be selected. Each winner will receive a package for two people (winner + companion) to attend FIFA World Cup matches in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Each package includes:

• Two round-trip business class tickets for the winner and companion

• 5 nights’ accommodation for two people

• Two tickets to attend the Saudi Arabia vs. Spain match

• Two tickets to attend the Morocco vs. Haiti match

By participating in this campaign, the customer fully agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

• The campaign is open to all active barq Visa cardholders.

• The barq wallet account and barq Visa card must remain active and valid throughout the campaign and until prize delivery.

• Participants must be at least 18 years old (Hijri calendar).

• Employees of barq , its affiliates, or any entities involved in executing the campaign are not eligible.

• Only eligible transactions made using barq Visa cards through local POS or local e-commerce qualify.

• Transactions made using barq Mada cards are not eligible.

Campaign Period

• The campaign runs from 7 March 2026 to 28 April 2026.

• A total of 15 winners will be selected as follows:

1. Week 1: 3 winners (7 March – 13 March)

2. Week 2: 3 winners (14 March – 20 March)

3. Week 3: 9 winners (21 March – 28 March)

Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected weekly based on the highest total spending using a Barq Visa card.

• Top 3 spenders in Week 1 will win.

• Top 3 spenders in Week 2 will win.

• Top 9 spenders in Week 3 will win.

• In case of a tie, the customer who achieved the qualifying spend first will be selected.

• barq will attempt to contact each winner up to three (3) times over two separate business days.

• Only completed and approved eligible transactions during the campaign period will count.

• Each customer may win only one prize during the campaign.

If barq is unable to contact a winner or the winner does not respond within the specified period, barq reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Winner Announcement

• Winners will be announced weekly official barq channels (app, website, or social media).

• Winners will be contacted via the registered phone number.

• barq reserves the right to publish the winner’s name (first name and last name or full name upon consent) for promotional purposes.

• The prize will be delivered only after verifying full eligibility and active account/card status.

• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefits.

Prizes

Each winner receives a travel package including:

• Two business class round-trip tickets

• 5 nights’ accommodation for two

• Two tickets for Saudi Arabia vs. Spain

• Two tickets for Morocco vs. Haiti

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Travel dates and match attendance will be determined by barq based on availability and match schedules.

Exclusions

The following transactions are not eligible:

• Transactions made using barq Mada cards

• ATM cash withdrawals (local and international)

• International POS or e-commerce transactions

• Bill payments and telecom-related transactions

• Transfers to or from digital wallets, digital banks, or financing companies

• Taxi services, car services, public transportation, consulting, and accounting services

• Refunded or reversed transactions

• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions

• Any transaction deemed ineligible by barq

General Terms

• The winner’s barq wallet account must remain active.

• Only successful and approved barq Visa transactions qualify (excluding refunded or reversed transactions).

• barq reserves the right to review and verify eligible transactions.

• barq may amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.

• Eligible merchant categories are defined by Visa/Mastercard according to global standards. barq is not responsible for incorrect merchant classification.

• barq’s decision in all campaign matters is final and binding.

• barq reserves the right to disqualify any participant in case of fraud, misuse, or unfair advantage.

Disclaimer

• Winners are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents (passport, visa, etc.).

• barq is not responsible for disruptions, cancellations, or force majeure events affecting travel.

• By accepting the prize, the winner grants barq the right to use their name and image for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

• Any taxes, government fees, or additional costs not explicitly included in the prize are the winner’s responsibility.
