Barq Wallet offers its customers the opportunity to win a Samsung S26 Ultra for 30 winners through the Lucky Wheel, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Campaign Period

The campaign will run for 30 days, starting on 7 August 2026 at 6:00 PM and ending on 6 September 2026 at 6:00 PM.

Target Audience

Barq customers who use Samsung Pay.

Eligibility

• The campaign is available to Barq customers who use their Barq Visa Card through Samsung Pay.
• The customer’s Barq Wallet account and Barq Visa Card must remain active and valid throughout the campaign period and until the prize is delivered.
• The customer must add their Barq Visa Card to Samsung Pay.
• The customer must complete 10 eligible purchase transactions (local or international) using their Barq Visa Card through Samsung Pay to receive a chance to win a Samsung S26 Ultra through the Lucky Wheel in the Barq app.

Eligible Transactions

Only successful and completed purchase transactions made using the Barq Visa Card through Samsung Pay will be counted. Eligible transactions include:

1 The first 10 local or international purchase transactions made at point-of-sale terminals or online stores using Samsung Pay.
2 The transaction must be successfully posted and settled during the campaign period to qualify.
3 The minimum value of each eligible purchase transaction is SAR 5.

Ineligible Transactions

The following transactions are not eligible for the campaign:

1 Any local or international purchase transaction made at point-of-sale terminals or online stores without using Samsung Pay.
2 Cash withdrawals from ATMs.
3 Refunded, cancelled, or disputed transactions.
4 Any transaction that Barq considers fraudulent, suspicious, or an abuse of the campaign.
5 Transfers or payments to digital wallets, digital banks, or finance companies.
6 Transactions related to taxi services, car rental services, public transportation, consulting services, and accounting firms.
7 Payments of electricity, water, or telecommunications bills using the Barq Visa Card.

Participation Mechanism

To receive a chance to win a Samsung S26 Ultra through the Lucky Wheel, customers must make payments using Samsung Pay and complete eligible purchase transactions in accordance with the requirements set out under the Eligible Transactions section.

Upon completing the first 10 eligible and successfully completed transactions, the customer will automatically receive a chance for each transaction to spin the Lucky Wheel. A notification will appear within the Barq app, allowing the customer to participate for a chance to win a Samsung S26 Ultra.

How to Spin the Lucky Wheel

1 After completing an eligible transaction, go to the Rewards section in the Barq app.
2 Tap Lucky Wheel or Try Your Luck.
3 Spin the wheel to view the result and find out whether you have won.

Prizes

• A Samsung S26 Ultra will be awarded to 30 winners through the Lucky Wheel.
• Note: The Samsung S26 Ultra prize will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the date of winning.

Fraud and Abuse

Barq reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of engaging in any of the following:

1 Fraudulent activities.
2 Artificially inflating the number or value of transactions.
3 Conducting repeated transactions for the purpose of circumventing the campaign rules.
4 Misuse of refunds.
5 Abuse of the campaign mechanism.
6 Violation of Barq’s policies or applicable laws and regulations.
7 Barq’s decision regarding the applicable rules, eligible transactions, and determination of winners shall be final and binding.

Communication and Announcement

• The campaign will be announced and promoted through the company’s official social media platforms and the Barq app.
• Winners will be contacted through Barq’s official channels for prize delivery within a maximum of 30 days from the date of winning.

General Terms

By participating in this campaign, the customer is deemed to have agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.

1 Barq reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
2 Any disputes arising from this campaign shall be subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
3 These terms and conditions will be available through Barq’s official social media platforms.
4 Barq shall not be held responsible for any transactions declined due to the customer exceeding their applicable daily or monthly spending limits.
